Coffee Returns

Coffee is a perishable item and is roasted to order, which is why we are unable to accept returns. We prioritize safety and compliance with local food policies and do not resell or repurpose coffee products. However, if there was an error with your order or if you are dissatisfied with the coffee, please contact us via email for further assistance.

Damaged and/or Missing Items

If your order is incomplete, inaccurate, or arrives damaged, please email us promptly with your order number. We are dedicated to resolving such issues promptly. Whenever possible, kindly provide a photo, especially for damaged products.
